Bad Grandpa is your #1 movie at the box office.  We lost a rock & roll legend with Lou Reed passing away at the age of 71.  The NSA just can't stop spying on people and this includes our allies.  Katy Perry has the #1 album in the country and ironically it's named after the codename for the NSA's spying program…Prism.  DJ Khaled didn't fair as good as Katy with his "Suffering from Success"…or maybe he isn't?  The Pundits discuss all of this and also pose the question, when is it ever okay to wear black face as a Halloween Costume?

Gravity's #1 at the box office again!  The Carrie remake just couldn't hold up.  There's lots and lots of Marvel movie news including the first trailer for Captain America The Winter Soldier, which looks fantastic by the way.  There's also Ant Man casting updates, a Black Panter confirmation, and hints at the overall end game that Marvel's building towards for the Avengers 3.  In Music news Kanye West had a surprise guest join him on stage for the 1st stop on his Yeezus tour.  Kim K instagrammed a photo that would make Six Mix A Lot real happy.  Apparently there's an asteroid heading toward Earth in 2032….and Krokodil is really real despite Mark's belief otherwise.  We touch on all this plus much much more on this weeks Pop Pundits.

Gravity's #1 at the box office again.  Cody saw it, and loved it just as much as Mark did and can't recommend it enough.   Justin Bieber punched a guy an ran away in S. Korea.  Kanye West and Jimmy Kimmel squashed their "rap beef".  Mark got harassed by one of SLC's finest over wearing a hoodie!  A hoodie!  MIT is developing self modulating (transforming) robots and Iron Man like exo skeleton's that will put super soldiers in the battle field.  Speaking of exo skeletons Miley Cyrus' album "Bangerz" debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts.  Pusha T could only manage 4th place. The Pop Pundits discuss all this and much much more on this week's show!

Gravity's the #1 movie at the box office, is it worth checking out?   Mark gives it a 4 out of 5.  JT's new album is #1 on the charts….is it good?  Hong Kong Disney's getting an Iron Man ride and Cody's not happy about it at all.  The NSA's data center in Utah is ready to explode, a London man stuck his penis in a toaster oven begging the question, is that the most uncomfortable place a penis can go?  We touch on all these topics plus many, many more on this weeks Pop Pundits!

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 gets real meaty at the box office.  The Pundits give their takes on Don Jon, Cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2, This is the End, and Metallica Into the Never.  Drake's "Nothing Was the Same" is the #1 record this week selling approximately 660,000 copies…way more than Cher or Elton John…COMBINED.  The Pundits also discuss the Kimmel/Kanye beef, the FBI shutting down Silk Road, Tuskegee Airmen, Krokodil hitting AZ, Miley not twerking anymore and the latest in movie and TV news.  Tune in for all this plus much much more on this week's Pop Pundits.  We waste our time with this stuff so you don't have to.

The Emmy's were this past weekend so the Pundits run through the Winners (Breaking Bad!) and the Losers (Bryan Cranston…boooo).  Prisoner was your #1 movie at the box office, so apparently Hugh Jackman can play someone other than Wolverine.  We also delve into Kanye's recent twitter tirade directed at Jimmy Kimmel.  We throw out our Breaking Bad series finale predictions (uh hum, Mark's going to be wrong).  We discuss the utter failure that is the Dexter finale, and Apple's iOS update.  We also find time to bring up the testicle eating Pacu fish.  This and so much more on this week's Pop Pundits!

The Pundits sit down with Atheist to discuss growing up LDS in Monterey CA, attending Wrestling school, graduating college with a Masters in Cinema Studies, MC Battling, and how he got started recording Hip Hop music.  He also answers Cody's burning question of…why pick the name Atheist.  He's an interesting guy so it's an interesting interview…check it out.  Also check out his song "Freestyle Fresh" at the end of the interview.   We waste our time with this sh** so you don't have to!

Insidious 2 was the #1 movie at the box office.  Breaking Bad has what the Pundits feel might be the best Breaking Bad episode ever, and one of the best episodes of TV ever.  Miley Cyrus unfollowed Liam Hemsworth on Twitter.  Mark just now found out what the 27 club is and is afraid Lady Gaga might be joining soon.  New York Fashion Week was chalk full of that WHITE.  Jimmy Kimmel pulls a huge prank on the Internet and America at large with a twerking video on youtube.  Justin Bieber tried to pull a prank on the Internet but just makes himself look more desperate.  Herpes infected Monkey's are running rampant in Florida while tossing around their feces.  All this and much more on this weeks Pop Pundits!  www.poppundits.com

The Pundits recap PAX and Salt Lake Comic Con, both get positive reviews.  The box office was pretty under whelming with Riddick taking the #1 spot while The Butler, and We're the Miller's are still sticking around.  Kanye West and Jay-Z announce solo tours with Yeezus stopping by Utah on November 1st.  The Pundits discuss all that plus Miley Cyrus "Wrecking Ball" meme's, the AI epidemic that's slowly taking over humanity, the latest in movie and TV news, and George Zimmerman's good life decisions.
